GraceHub provides membership and church administration tools for Grace Community Church.
Information used by the service
The service stores account details, password hashes and sign-in sessions. A linked church member record may include contact details, date of birth and household information. Depending on which church services you use, separate records may include giving, attendance and children’s check-in details, including guardian and care information. The mobile member app shows only the signed-in member’s limited profile and public church content.
Who can access it
Church staff access records according to assigned permissions. Your church selects its hosting and email providers. Contact-form submissions are stored for the church and may be emailed to its office. Account and recovery emails are delivered using the church’s configured email service.
Device storage and external content
The website uses an essential sign-in cookie. The mobile app stores its sign-in token using device secure storage. Opening an external website or media link connects you to that provider, whose own privacy terms apply.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact the church office to correct church records. You can request account deletion in the app or online. A request disables account access while linked records and any required retention are reviewed. Disabling access is not the same as erasing data.
Retention and the church’s responsibilities
The church must provide its applicable retention periods, legal basis, contact details and any additional privacy information before this service is offered to members. This software does not set a universal retention period for financial or safeguarding records.
